摘 要

模具是工业生产的基础工艺装备,在电子、汽车、电机、电器、仪器、仪表、家电和通讯等产品中,60%-80%的零部件都要依靠模具成形。用模具生产制件所表现出来的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其他加工制造方法所不能比拟的。模具生产技术水平的高低,已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志,在很大程度上决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。

本次设计的端盖塑料注射模具,在日常生活中应用较普遍,结构比较典型。本次设计采用了斜滑块侧向分型机构,一模两腔布置,采用推杆顶出机构,同时对模具设计的基本过程进行了比较详细的介绍。

Abstract

Mold is the basic technology and equipment for industrial production, In the electronics, automotive, electrical, electronics, instruments, meters, home appliances and communication products, 60%-80% of the parts have to forming rely on mold. The production formed with mold has high precision and high complexity, high consistency, high productivity and low consumption, which is other manufacturing methods can not match. The level of die production technology has become an important measurement of a country's level of product manufacturing, to a large extent determines the quality, effectiveness and ability to develop new products.

The injection mold design of cover, which has the general application in our daily lives and it is a typical structure. The design uses the inserts side parting, a two-cavity layout mode, the putters onto the body, while the basic process of die design are compared in detail.
