摘 要

在我国经济的快速发展中，证券行业无疑是具有极大推动力的引擎，证券业已经成为了中（我）国社会主义市场经济中（删除）重要的组成部分。与其重要作用不相匹配的是，当前我国证券公司普遍表现出盈利方式独一、服务方式相同、经营管理欠精细、缺乏自身特色、核心竞争力弱、创新能力差等诸多特点。当前，我国的经济结构以及产业布局正处于正在（删除）加速调整期，国企的（删除）改革也正在（删除）进一步的（删除）深化，在这一背景下，我国的证券市场将真正的（删除）迎来全面的（删除）发展、创新时代，证券业的盈利收入模式和竞争局势都将发生重大变化，那些规模较小、核心竞争力弱的证券公司的生存将越来越艰难。作为中小证券公司的一员，GJ证券公司面对这样残酷的竞争态势，必须顺应时代潮流，加快市场竞争策略的转型，探索一条符合自己公司特点的特色（特色的）发展道路。

在我国金融市场上，互联网金融是近几年刚出现的新兴事物，在我国高度垄断的金融市场上，互联网金融慢慢活跃起来。我国互联网金融与国外互联网金融相比，有很大差距（，但与国外互联网金融相比还有很大差距）。目前，美国以及其他发达国家的互联网金融已经基本（逐步趋于）成熟，我国互联网金融的出现打破了金融垄断的现状，国外成熟的互联网运作模式为我国证券公司互联网金融的开展提供了借鉴，可以说能够很好的抓住这次互联网金融革命浪潮机会的证券公司，在新一轮市场竞争中必然会取得先发优势，可以说，互联网金融革命浪潮为GJ证券公司竞争策略的转型提供了一次很好的机会（删除）。

本文结合 GJ 证券公司的实际情况，提出了GJ 证券公司在竞争策略中存在的问题，利用竞争优势理论、核心竞争力理论、五力模型分析法、SWOT 分析法对GJ 证券公司在竞争策略中存在的问题进行了分析，最后借鉴美国证券公司成功转型互联网金融的竞争策略的经验构建了（阐明了）未来GJ 证券公司竞争策略转型所采取的措施建议（建议与措施）。

ABSTRACT

The securities industry is to promote the rapid development of China's capital markethas been the engine, is main part of Chinese socialist market economy. Currently in the capital market of our country is in the primary stage of development of structural adjustment and improve the basic system, the domestic securities companies are generally expressed as profit way only, the same way, service management undermany features

With the further deepening of the reform of state-owned assets management system, further the adjustment of economic structure and industrial layout of our country, the stock market will really have great development, the era of innovation, the securities industry profit pattern and the competition patternwill change greatly, small scale, lack of core competitiveness of securities companies will be merged or bankruptcy. GJ securities company as the medium and small securities companies face the competitive situation of such a cruel, must conform to the trend of the times and accelerate the transition of market competition strategy, take the road of the development characteristics.

This paper presents the GJ securities company exists in the competitive
