佛山职业技术学院电气自动化教研室 第一章 概述

DEC1000-F数控综合实训台由控制单元FANUC Series 0i Mate-MC、I/O单元、伺服放大器、变频驱动系统和小型数控机床三部分组成,其中小型数控机床包括:X-Y加工平台机构和Z轴运行机构,X-Y-Z轴配置高性能伺服电机,精度高,运行平稳。整个装置采用组合机构设计,方便拆卸和安装。主轴配置高速电主轴(无刷变频调速电机),电主轴采用机电一体化技术和独特的新工艺,因此,电主轴力矩大、噪音低、效率高,可以实现精密加工和处理。

整个系统采用透明的电气连接方式,方便学员对数控知识的学习和掌握。因此,本装置在电气技术设计、故障诊断、控制编程设计等多方面对学员进行实训。
