湖北省食用菌产业的发展现状及建议

Current Situation and Suggestions on Edible Fungi Industry in Hubei Province

Abstract： The present developing status of edible fungi industry in Hubei was analyzed． It is pointed out that the government should improe policy and increase the input． The research institutes should strengthen the independent innovation ability to promote the transformation of sci－tech achievements． The edible fungi enterprise should reinforce the cooperation with research institute to develop the further processing．The prospect planning of edible fungi industry in Hubei is put forth． Key words：edible fungi； developing situation； suggestions； Hubei province
