Abstract£ºCurrently,because of the deficiency of the lane markings detection based on Hough transform , this paper presents a new method to detect lane markings based on the Hough Transform.This method first divide road image into blocks, and use a rectangular frame to scan Block Area by-pixel, and determine the approximate range of lane markings by calculating the mean value of the pixel which are in the rectangular frame, and then use Hough transform to detect lane markings within this range.This method can effectively solve the problem that when we extract lane markings we may obtain multiple markings, and improve accuracy and timelines of the lane markings detection. Finally, the test analyzes the feasibility and robustness of this method.
