1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Supports Revenue Manager by maintaining an accurate rooms and rate inventory within the hotel system.

协助收益经理维护酒店客房状况及房价的正确性。

Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述)

1. Process and handle all telephone calls, faxes, email, telex and enquires in regards to

reservations.

处理通过电话、传真、电子邮件、电传方式发来的各种预订房间需求。 2. Maintain an organized, clean work area and any accurate filing system.

保持工作区域的整洁,正确维护预定资料的归档工作。

3. To check all arrival bookings to ensure guest details are updated accurately and appropriate

amenities are arranged properly.

检查和更新所有预计抵店客人的预定信息,安排相应的服务。

4. Administer and process commission program and vouchers of the hotel.

5. To ensure queues on internet are cleared every day and insert bookings in to the PMS.

6. Assist with the Reservation Manager in maintaining an updated and accurate profile

management in OPERA.

协助预定部经理维护、更新OPERA系统中的文档资料。

7. Assist Reservation Manager in coordinating monthly Reservation Meeting.

协助预定部经理开好每月一次的预定部会议。

8. To review and fine-tune existing operation procedures so as to provide efficient service,

accurate information to both internal and external customers, at the same time, to maintain associate satisfaction.

不断改进现有的操作规程来为酒店内部和外部客人提供及时、有效的服务和准确的信息,同时保持员工的满意度。

9. To provide assistance to other team members when they encounter any difficulty in handling

calls or other issues.

当部门其他成员接听电话或其他方面遇到困难时,提供相应的及时的帮助。 10. Attends sales meeting in the absence of the Reservation Manager.

当预订部经理缺席时,参加销售部的例会。 11. Perform other duties as required.

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 资格
