不锈钢酸洗钝化膏使用说明

该产品为强酸、强腐蚀品，使用时特别要注意安全，操作人员务必要做好防护措施。操作人员必备穿戴防护服、口罩、防护眼镜、耐酸手套、耐酸胶鞋。主要成分为20%硝酸，5%氢氟酸, 适量纤维素和水。

The product is strong acid, strong corrosive substances, when using it, please pay particular attention to safety, the operators have to take good protection measures. Operators must wear protective masks, protective glasses, protective gloves, protective shoes. 用于 304、316、2205双相不锈钢的酸洗钝化。

For 304、316、2205duplex stainless steel pickling & passivation. 使用方法：Application Method

把酸洗钝化膏均匀涂抹在工件表面（1-2cm厚左右），90-120分钟后使用自来水冲洗20分钟。

在使用时应注意劳动安全，产品存放在通风良好的地方，应避免阳光爆晒。具体事项参照强腐蚀品危险化工物品存放条例。如不小心接触身体引起不适，采用大量自来水冲洗就医。 When using it, please pay particular attention to safety, the product should be stored in well-ventilated place, and be avoided to keep prolonged in sun exposure.
