摘 要

电力系统的不断发展和安全稳定运行给国民经济和社会发展带来了巨大动力和效益。但是电力系统一旦发生自然或人为故障如果不能及时有效控制就会失去稳定运行使电网瓦解并造成大面积停电给社会带来灾难性的后果。继电保护包括安全自动装置是保障电力设备安全和防止及限制电力系统长时间大面积停电的最基本、最重要、最有效的技术手段。许多实例表明继电保护装置一旦不能正确动作就会扩大事故酿成严重后果。因此加强继电保护的设计和整定计算是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要工作。 为满足电网对继电保护提出的可靠性、选择性、灵敏性、速动性的要求充分发挥继电保护装置的效能必须合理的选择保护的定值以保持各保护之间的相互配合关系。做好电网继电保护定值的整定计算工作是保证电力系统安全运行的必要条件。 本文详细地讲述了如何分析选定110kV电网的继电保护相间短路和接地短路保护和自动重合闸方式以及变压器相间短路主保护和后备保护并通过整定计算和校验分析是否满足规程和规范的要求。本次设计不对变电站的一、二次设备进行选择。 关键词 :继电保护、整定、校验

Abstract

The development of power system and the safe and stable operation of great power and benefits to the national economy and social development. But the power systems in case of natural or man-made fault if not timely and effective control will lose stability enable grid collapse and caused widespread power outages have disastrous consequences to the society. Relay protection including automatic safety device is to protect the power equipment safety and prevention and control of electric system long time blackout of the most basic, most important, the most effective technical means. Many examples show that the relay protection device once cannot correct action can expand the accident causing serious consequences. Therefore, to strengthen the design and calculation of relay protection is an important work to guarantee the safe and stable operation of power grid. In order to meet the selection of relay protection of power system protection and reliability, selectivity, sensitivity, speed requires the full play of relay protection device must be reasonable setting values in order to maintain the interaction relationship between the protection. Do the setting of relay protection setting calculation work is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the power system. This paper describes in detail how to analyze phase short-circuit protection of selected 110kV grid and short-circuit protection and automatic reclosing mode and transformer phase-to-phase short circuit of main protection and backup protection and by setting calculation and check whether meet the rules and specifications. Choose one or two times the design of substation equipment.
