摘 要

随着工业的发展,不断改善生产技术,提高生产效率,产品加工连续生产线,为了节省时间,提高经济效益,生产线的控制程序,也引起了人们的关注。因为在操作过程中起着关键的作用,在整个过程中,PLC在工业控制领域得到了广泛的应用,可以控制简单、可靠,所以,设计生产线的仿真,基于PLC的控制系统,该系统,可以提高生产部门的工作在一定程度上提高了工作效率。

电动葫芦是生产过程中主要起重设备的型号之一。它主要是由减速器,运行机构,卷筒装置,吊钩装置,限位器,联轴器,锥形转子电动机等部分组成。电动葫芦又可以叫升降机,它是一种小型的升降设备。它可以用来升高或者降低物体,它是可以在水平方向上的起重运输装置。在生产过程中我们都能随处看到电动葫芦。它是一种轻型的设备,结构简单,易于操作与维修。一般的电动葫芦只有固定的工作速度,它的结构是起升结构和移动装置。广泛运用到生产线上货物的起重。总的来说,电动葫芦的优点是操作简单,灵活经济,有很大的使用范围和发展的空间。

本设计的内容与功能是根据电动葫芦工作原理设计的控制系统,使组装好的电动葫芦能够顺利的完成启动、停止、上升、下降、左移、右移、限位和抱闸的功能,并且完成电气控制的设计与组装。

Abstract

With the development of the industry, and continuously improve the production technology, improve production efficiency and product processing continuous production line, in order to save time, improve economic efficiency, control program of the production line, also caused the people's attention. Because plays a key role in the process of operation, in the whole process, PLC has been widely used in the field of industrial control can control is simple and reliable, so design and production line simulation, based on the PLC control system, the system can improve the production department work enhanced the working efficiency to a certain extent.

Electric hoist is one of the main types of hoisting equipment in the production process. It is mainly composed of a speed reducer, running mechanism, reel, hook device, limiter, couplings, conical rotor motor and other parts. Electric hoist can also be called a lift, it is a small lifting equipment. It can be used to raise or lower the object, it can be in the horizontal direction of the lifting and transportation device. In the production process, we can see the electric hoist everywhere. It is a kind of light equipment, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance. The general electric hoist has only a fixed working speed, and its structure is a lifting structure and a moving device. Widely applied to the production of goods on the line. In general, the advantages of electric hoist is simple operation, flexible economy, there is a large range of use and development of space.

The content and function of the design is according to the control system of electric hoist working principle of design, the assembled electric hoist to the smooth completion of start, stop, rise and fall, shifted to the left, shifted to the right, and brake function limit and complete design and assembly of electrical control.
