摘 要

本文通过大量质量缺陷分析、工艺分析并结合已有的工艺试验结果。 对摩托车凸轮轴生产过程中各种缺陷及其产生原因进行了分析讨论,找出了影响凸轮轴最终性能和使用寿命的因素,并提出了对工艺的重点和难点控制措施。

结果表明,在现行工艺下,影响凸轮轴最终性能及使用寿命的因素是凸轮轴凸轮表面硬度及表面显微组织中残余共晶碳化物的数量。控制凸轮轴坯件化学成分中硅含量是控制凸轮轴坯件高温石墨化退火后残余共晶碳化物数量的关键因素,而采用调质热处理工艺代替凸轮轴低温退火,能有效避免凸轮轴高频淬火后的硬度不足、过热、过烧等质量缺陷的产生。

Motorcycle Camshaft Manufacturing Technology

Abstract

This study is according defect analysis of quality, technology analysis and the result of the craft test .analyzing and discussing about the reason which caused varies defect in the production of motor’s camshafts, found out the factor which affected the ultimate performance and life-span, and bring forward the methods for control point and crux of the technology.

Result show, under present processing, the factors which affecting the ultimate performance and life-span are the surface hardness of cam and quantity of remaining eutectic carbide in surface microstructure .the key to control the quantity of remaining eutectic carbide after high-temperature graphitization annealing is control the silicon quantity in the chemical indegrient of blank .it can efficiently to avoid the lack of hardness ,overheat and oversinter after camshaft’s high-frequency quenching, with the.employing of quench and high-temperature temper instead camshaft’s low-temperature annealing.
