牛莉娜硕士研究生导师个人简介

一、导师的个人简介

牛莉娜，女，博士，副教授，海南医学院基础医学与生命科学学院硕士生导师。2006年获山西大学微生物学专业硕士学位；2015-2017年在中国疾病预防控制中心传染病研究所新病原国家重点实验室做联合培养博士研究生，2017年获山西大学生命科学学院微生物学专业博士学位。多年来从事新发/突发传染病未知新病原的分离鉴定及基因组学研究工作和临床常见病原体快速检测的方法学研究工作；发现命名并正式发表链球菌属新种4个，建立了5种临床常见病原菌的快速检测技术。在Int J Syst Evol Microbiol、Int J Mol Sci、FEMS Microbiol Lett及Plos One等期刊发表SCI学术论文12篇；授权

专利2项；主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、主持海南省自然科学基金课题1项、主持海南医学院教育教学研究课题2项、指导国家级大学生创新创业项目3项、指导海南省级大学生创新创业项目2项、指导海南医学院大学生创新创业项目3项。参加国家自然科学基金重大项目1项，国家自然科学基金项目4项。培养硕士研究生1名。主编或副主编教材6部；荣获第三届全国基础医学青年教师讲课大赛二等奖、第五届海南省高等学校青年教师教学大赛二等奖。 二、研究方向

新发/突发传染病未知新病原的分离鉴定及基因组学研究、临床常见病原体快速检测方法学研究。
