摘 要

济南市中银大厦是位于我国北方的一座高层建筑,为典型的办公建筑。占地面积1343.03平方米,总建筑面积23876.6平方米,地面上共23层,建筑总高度70米。一二层为综合性建筑,三至二十三层为办公室,23层顶设水箱。

本设计主要包括室内给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统四个部分。

给水系统采用分区供水,一层到八层为低区,九到十五层为中区,十六层到二十三层为高区,分别采用变频水泵加压供水;排水系统采用的是污分流制,裙房单设排水立管;排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,个别立管通气管无法伸顶,采用侧墙通气,消防系统采用分区供水,一到13层为低区,14到23层为高区,系统包括消火栓灭火系统和自动喷洒灭火系统,消火栓系统采用水平、竖向均成环状的消防管网,自动喷洒采用分区供水一到13层为低区,14到23层为高区,系统包括湿式自动喷水灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,之后的消防用水则由地下室的消防泵来供给。

给水管支管采用PP-R管,立管采用热镀锌钢管,排水管采用PVC-U管,消防系统采用热镀锌钢管。

Abstract

Ji'nan city Bank of China Tower is located in the north part of our country building, as a typical office building. Covers an area of 1343.03 square meters, a total construction area of 23876.6 square meters, the underground portion of a layer, the ground consists of 23 layers, building a total height of 70 meters. The one or two layer is a comprehensive building, three to twenty-three for the office,23layer on top of a water tank.

This design mainly includes the design of indoor water supply system, drainage system, fire-fighting system, water heating system four parts.

Water supply system using the separate water supply, a layer to the eight layer to the region Ⅰ, nine to fifteen layers as region II, sixteen layer to the twenty-three layer forⅢ, respectively, using variable frequency water pump pressurized water supply; drainage system is used in sewage diversion system, annex a single vertical drain; drainage riser only reached top tube, individual riser vent pipe to reach top, the side wall ventilation, fire control system using the partitioning of water, one to 13 layers as low area,14to 23 layers as upper, system including fire hydrant systems and automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system adopts horizontal, vertical are a ring of fire fighting pipe, automatic spraying the partitioning of water one to 13 layers as low area,14to 23 layers as upper, system comprises wet type automatic water spraying fire extinguishing system, fire initial10min water by fire water supply, after the fire water from the basement of the fire pump to supply.

To the water pipe with PP-R pipe, pipe hot galvanized steel pipe, drain pipe with PVC-U pipe, fire fighting system of hot galvanized steel pipe.
