摘 要
电机作为基础动力设备,近年保持稳定快速增长,近年来的多项政策和产业规划,使得电机向节能方向加快发展。随着工业经济的发展,电机得到广泛应用。电机制造中,使用非标准设备的数量相当多,所需的非标准工艺装备也比较多。电机线圈模压机是为了生产大中型高压电机船型线圈所设计的电机线圈热压成型装备。目前模压机设备生产厂家的模压机已基本成型,为了改善模压机的结构性能以及其适用范围,本文对电机线圈模压机结构进行设计,使其适用范围更广,结构更加合理。设计主要结合现有的设计理念,在符合设计要求的前提下,设计时模压机支架采用角钢焊接框架、钢板焊接的两门箱式结构。模压机通过蜗轮蜗杆调节线圈角度,通过丝杠调节线圈宽度,能满足大部分线圈的生产需求。设计中使用了Auto CAD SolidWorks等工程制图软件。

Abstract
Motor as the power equipment foundation, in recent years to maintain steady and rapid growth in recent years, a number of policy and industrial planning, accelerate the development of the motor to the direction of energy saving. With the development of industrial economy, the motor has been widely used. Manufacturing of motor, using the number of non - standard equipment is quite much, non - standard equipment required for more. The motor winding molding machine molding equipment is the motor coil for high voltage motor coil production of large and medium-sized ship design. The molding machine molding machine equipment manufacturers has been basically formed, in order to improve the performance of the structure of molding machine and its scope of application, this paper carries on the design to the motor coil molding machine structure, which is applicable to a wider range, more reasonable structure. Design of the main design concept of the combination of the existing premise, in line with the design requirements, design of molding machine bracket angle steel welded structure, two door type steel welding. Molding machine adjusting coil angle through worm, coil width by adjusting screw, can meet most of the needs of production coil. The Auto CAD SolidWorks software is used in the design of Engineering drawing.
