摘 要

本工程为新疆巴楚县集中供热燃煤锅炉房设计,采暖面积为56.5万平方米,采暖半径3000米,采暖方式散热器采暖,设换热站,锅炉的供回水为115/70℃。

在本说明书中系统详细地解释了该锅炉房设计的原理和设计依据,并给出了合理的设备选型依据和主要设备的型号。根据建筑设计节能要求,计算出最大热负荷为39.19

MW。本设计选用

3台SZL14-1.0/115/70-AⅡ型锅炉。单台

锅炉额定功率为14MW,工作压力为1.0MPa,并根据水力计算确定管段的尺寸及水泵和风机型号。

Abstract

This project is the design of Xinjiang Bachu County Central heating boiler room,heating area of 565000 square meters, heating radius of 3000 meters, heatingradiator heating, a heat exchange station, boiler water supply and return to 115/70 ℃.

In the specification system explained in detail the principle and the design on the basis of the boiler room design, and gives the selection of equipment on the basis of reasonable and main equipment type. According to the requirements ofbuilding energy saving design, calculate the maximum heat load is 39.19MW. This design uses 3 SZL14-1.0/115/70-A Ⅱ boiler. A single boiler with rated power of14, working pressure is 1, and the

pipeaccording to the size and the water pump and fan model.
