我校教育科研工作，一向坚持“科研为先、质量为重、以人为本”的原则，以课题研究为抓手，以校本培训为依托，深入开展教学研究。

一、确立示范项目、落实实验项目

2006年6月，我校区级实验项目“信息技术时代转变学生学习方式的研究”正式立项，通过两年时间的探索实验，本实验项目在课程与教学、教师专业化发展、转变学生学习方式等方面均取得了预期的成果，教师的教育理论素养有了明显的提升，信息技术应用能力得到进一步加强。更为重要的是，它带动了学校各项工作方式的变革以及管理质量的提升，使学校的办学理念得到了鲜明的体现和有效的落实。2008年6月区教研室对这一实验项目给予了高度评价，在本实验项目的结题报告中给出了“本研究达到了预期目标，也取得了预期的实验成果”的鉴定意见。

二、以创建先进教研组为主要抓手，不断提升教研水平

学校先后出台了《高桥中学先进备课组评选条件》、《高桥中学“先进教研组”评选条件》、《高桥中学青年教师“百花奖”教学比赛章程》等校内文件，有力地推进了教研组建设和教研质量的提升，促进了教师专业化发展。教研组建设中的重头是教研过程的展示。随着各项措施的逐步到位，教研组的作用日益得到了有效的发挥。物理教研组因此被评为浦东新区先进教研组，生化教研组被评为上海科教系统文明班组。

三、以“青年教师”专业发展为重点，建立促进教师专业发展的机制 青年教师在我校占有很高的比例。他们的专业发展的进度和程度，事关学校的办学质量和学校的发展。

这些措施产生了积极的效果。我校多名青年骨干教师被选入浦东新区学科中心组，显著提高了知名度；在2008年的中青年教师教学比武中，化学组陆戴峰老师荣获市一等奖，物理组张易老师获市二等奖，语文组沈惠兰老师获新区一等奖。2006年我校派出四位教师到江苏无锡出席“语文教育艺术研究会”年会，提交的四篇论文全部得奖，获得了会长，著名特级教师钱梦龙先生的赞赏。多名具有学科优势、个人特长的希望之星，正在为我校师资队伍注入优质的新鲜血液。

（三）开设高桥中学教师专业发展论坛，营造学术氛围

“论坛”多次聘请专家学者，为全校教师作学术报告。如物理特级教师刘齐煌的《二期课改背景下的备课》、华师大胡炳源教授的《高考命题对学校日常教学的指向》、特级德育教师冯恩洪的《教师专业素养的培养》、全国美育特级教师王圣民的《美丽课堂》、上海师范大学教授谢利民的《教师专业成长的轨迹》等。“论坛”的主角是我校教师，举办以来，潘曙、周洁华、李陈怡、陈勇、史江洪、唐燕莉、杨朝宁等多位教师，分别从高考作文命题研究、校本研修、新课程改革、创新教学、教学反思、支教总结的角度，结合切身的体会，阐述教师专业发展的迫切性、必要性；发展的各种途径与措施，给了全体同仁以很大的感染和启发。

（四）强化校本培训，加强制度建设

我校的校本研修正朝着制度化、规范化和常态化的方向发展。学校教学主管部门，把“三结合”（结合学校地域特征；结合学校办学特色；结合教师自身特点）和“三载体”（青年教师自发团体、教研组、教科研室）作为校本研修的基本策略，核心是要让教师在“参与”中发展自己。

以青年教师自发团体——“清溪书院”为青年教师的自培基地，通过组织教学基本功大赛、观摩课堂教学录像和课例分析等活动，提升青年教师教学基本素养，为青年教师的专业发展打下扎实的基础。

以教研组研修活动为教师专业发展培训的主阵地，以课堂教学改进计划为抓手，通过骨干教师与青年教师的相互听课、说课、评课，实现专业引领、问题牵动、同伴合作、互动反思，促进教师的共同成长与发展。

（五）制度资金保障，建立激励机制

为教师专业发展提供专项资金支持。我校每年提取一定比例的经费，划归教师专业发展委员会管理和使用，用于在财力上支持举办校内外各类评比、教学研讨活动和课题研究。同时也为我校教师赴校外交流、出版专著或相关作品集、出国访问、境外修学等提供充足的资金支持。

在今后的工作中，将进一步加强课题的有效研究与过程管理，积极开展校本教科研活动，力求做到“科科有课题，人人有专题”，使学校教科研工作“源于教学，高于教学，指导教学”，精心打造教师队伍，全面提高教育质量，力争使教科研工作有新的发展，新的突破，新的高度。
