重点对2008年四季度以来使用重点产业振兴和技术改造专项投资100万元以上的项目进行检查（各地市项目名单附后）。

二、检查内容

省发改委、省经信委共同负责技术改造专项项目监督检查工作，对有关省属企业技术改造专项项目进行督查，对各市州监督检查工作进行督导。
