摘 要:本设计通过详细介绍山西潞安五阳煤矿五井的井田概况和地质特征,经

过一系列的方案论证比较,选择了适合本矿井的开拓方式、采煤方法和各生产系统。井田内地质构造比较简单,主要为纵贯井田东西的天仓向斜,属于低瓦斯矿井,无煤尘爆炸危险;本井田主要有三层可采煤层,按埋藏深度从浅到深分别为三号煤层、九号煤层和十一号煤层,平均厚度分别为3.75m、3.25m、3.20m,煤层倾角4o~7o,平均5o,属

于近水平煤层。经过技术经济比较,煤矿设计生产能力为300万ta,服务年限为68年,对第一水平选择了立井开拓方案,首采区的采煤方法采用倾斜长壁采煤法,综合机械化回采工艺。辅助运输系统与主运输系统相分离,其中辅助运输系统采用了国际上先进的辅助运输设备单轨吊,可满足人员、机械设备、材料和矸石的运输,无需中间转载,可从井底车场直达工作面。矿井一水平采用两翼对角式通风系统。

总之,通过技术经济等多方面的比较得出本设计的开拓方案、采煤方法等均能满足矿井的开采需求。

Abstract:This

design introduces coalfield’s genneral situation and geologic

characteristic in No.5 colliery of WUYANG in detail. Based on a series of technique and economy comparisons, the suitable mine development scheme,mining method ,mine’s (work -ing area’s) openings and each main production system determined.The geologic structure in the coalield is simple,the main structure is Tiancang Syncline acrossed the field from west to east.The mine .The main coal seams that is designed ta and the expected life of the mine is 68 years.Based on technique and economy comprisions,the plan chooses min shaft development for the first level,adopts long wall mining method along the dip and comprehensive mechanized coal mining.The auxiliary the international.The two-way diagonal ventilation system is used for the first level.

In a word,after a series comparisons of technique and economy and so on,the development scheme and the mining method can both be fulfilled the request of the mine production.
