摘要 作为当今工业发展最重要的能源和动力,电能既可以由其他能量转化也可以转化为其他的能量。电能的输送和分配具有可靠、经济、安全、快捷的特点。电力用户包括工业、农业、交通运输等国民经济各个部门以及市政和居民生活用电等。因此,保证可靠、安全、经济、高质量的供电对于工农业的生产和人民生活有着很大的影响和重要意义。 冶金厂供配电设计应根据各个车间的负荷数量和性质、无功补偿、变压器的台数和容量的选择、短路电流的计算以及变电所高低压侧电气设备选择等因素,从而为该冶金厂提供安全可靠、优质的电力资源,并可最大限度的减少公司的资金投入和降低运行成本。使用的方法:工厂的供配电设计应考虑多个方面,运用负荷计算,变压器容量、型号、数量的计算,无限大容量电源系统供电时短路电流的计算,以确定各高低压侧电气设及导线的规格,再进行变压器继电保护装置的设计和整定以及防雷接地设计。最终为本冶金机械修造厂设计一个安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进的供配电控制系统图,满足该厂的生产需求。 关键词:电力系统;继电保护;供配电;负荷计算;短路电流 I

Abstract As of today's most important industrial development of energy and power, power not only by other energy conversion can also be converted into other energy. Electricity transmission and distribution of reliable, economical, safe, fast. Electricity users, including industry, agriculture,transportation and other various national economic sectors aswell as municipal and residential electricity. Therefore, to ensure reliable, safe, economical,high quality power supply for industrial and agricultural production and people's lives have a great impact and significance of. Metallurgical plant for distribution design should be based on the number and nature of each workshop load, reactive power compensation, transformer station numberand choice of capacity, the calculation of shortcircuit current and the substation high and low pressure side of the electrical equipment selection and other factors, which forthe metallurgical plant providing safe,reliable, high-quality power resources, and can minimize the company's capital investment and lower operating costs. Using the method: the plant for distribution design should take intoaccount various aspects, the use of load calculation, transformer capacity, model, quantity calculation, the calculation of the infinite bulk power system short-circuitcurrent when powered to determine the high and low pressure side of the electrical equipment and wire specifications, design and tuning of transformer protection devices, and lightning protection and grounding design.Final-based metallurgicalmachinery repair workshop to design a safe and reliable and economically reasonable, technologically advanced power supply control system diagram to meet the production needs of the plant.
