一、编制依据及执行标准

1、《建筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》GB50411-2007;

2、《夏热冬暖地区居住区建筑节能设计标准》广东省实施细则DBJ15-50-2006 3、《公共建筑节能设计标准》广东省实施细则DBJ15-51-2007 4、《建筑工程施工质量统一验收标准》GB50300-2001; 5、《外墙外保温工程技术规程》JGJ144-2004; 6、《外墙饰面砖工程施工及验收规程》JGJ126-2000 7、《屋面工程技术规范》GB50345-2004 8、《屋面工程质量验收规范》GB50207-2002

二、工程节能设计概况

1、屋面工程:

(1)基层刷素水泥浆一道,泥聚苯发泡颗粒(250kg/m3)现浇找坡,随捣随抹(最薄处40厚);

(2)20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平;

(3)2厚环保型聚氨脂防水涂膜;50厚聚苯乙烯泡沫隔热层; (4)满铺聚苯乙烯无纺布一层(300KA/M2);

(5)40厚C20补偿收缩砼(内配Φ4冷拔钢筋,双向100),隔缝间距3~5米,防水油膏填缝;

(6)3~5厚B型聚合物水泥砂浆粘结层;8~10厚地砖铺平拍实;A型聚合物勾缝分隔缝间距6~9米。

2、外墙装修:

(1)涂料墙面:墙面基层,8厚纤维水泥浆;防保型防水、透气、耐候外墙涂料。

(2)外墙面砖:12厚纤维水泥浆找平扫毛;8厚B型聚合物水泥砂浆;3厚A 型聚合物砂浆粘贴、勾缝。

(3)外墙石板干挂:在墙面(或钢骨架制安)基层刷处理剂;1:2.5水泥砂浆补实,B型聚合物水泥砂浆填实勾平螺丝孔;10厚B型聚合物水泥砂浆找平或2厚聚合物水泥基防不涂膜;植筋(或不锈钢螺栓)固定不锈钢挂件;干挂25厚石板,透空缝封胶。

3、地下室防水工程: (1)侧板防水:

①20厚1:2水泥砂浆找平层;②2.5厚环保型聚氨脂涂膜或2.5厚合成高分子防水卷材;③M5水泥砂浆砖砌120厚保护墙;④3:7灰土分层回填夯实。

(2)底板防水:

①40厚细石砼保护层(地梁处抹8厚聚合物水泥砂浆);②铺0.5厚塑料膜保护层;③2.5厚防保聚氨脂防水涂膜;④20厚1:2水泥砂浆找平层;⑤100厚C15素砼垫层。

(3)顶板防水:

①20厚1:2水泥砂浆找平层;②3厚高聚物改性沥青防水卷材;③40厚细石砼保护层。

4、门窗做法:本工程门窗为铝合金窗、塑钢门窗等。
