6.2.4 The interlock test and alarm signal checkup has been finished. 6.3 Startup

6.3.1 Start the feeding water pump, filling the water into the boiler.

6.3.2 When water inside the drum has been to the normal water level, stop filling the water and check the boiler body completely.

6.3.3 Check every valve of the steam and water system, open all the vent and drain valves of the super heater.

6.3.4 Start the burner slowly, increase the furnace temperature gradually. Make sure the burner is in the minimum state before igniting.

6.4 Steam tightness test and Calibration of Safety Valves

6.4.5 When the drum pressure has been to 0.1~0.2MPa, close the drain valves of the super heater. 6.4.6 When the drum pressure has been to operating pressure, do the following check:

Leak tightness of the man hole, valves, flanges etc. The expansion of the boiler, pipes supports and hangers.

6.4.7 When the drum pressure has been to rated pressure, keep the pressure and start the tightness

test. Then start the calibration of safety valves

6.5 Blowout

6.5.1 When the boiling out of the boiler has been finished, we will start blowout. 6.5.2 The circuit of the steam:

Drum→ SH →Main steam pipe →Main steam valve →Heating tube →Atmosphere

6.5.3 The parameters of the steam:

Open valve pressure: 1.0~1.2MPa Close valve pressure: 0.4~0.6MPa Duration: ≥1min

Saturation temperature decrease: ≤42℃

7 Safety

7.1 To prevent tubes burst of Water Cooling Walls, the operator must inspect the water level closely, avoid long running with low water level. If tubes burst of Water Cooling Walls happened, stop the furnace immediately, reinforce water filling and if the water level can be return to normal, stop water filling;

7.2 To prevent tubes burst of economizer, keep the water flow and temperature steady when the boiler is running. Control the steam temperature in normal range strictly;

7.3 When increasing the pressure and temperature, close the drain valves and vent valves to increasing pressure is forbidden. It will cause intensity increase of the tube temperature; 7.4 When the tubes burst of superheater, stop the boiler urgently. Keep the water level and reinforce natural ventilation for cooling down;

7.6 Tightness of the system should be done after the furnace stop every time;

7.7 All the person for commissioning must abide the safety and fire fighting regulations.
