摘要

论文在综合分析国内外研究现状的基础上,对道路交通结构性节能减排进行概述,从道路基础设施结构、道路运输结构和能源消费结构三个方面出发,以节能减排为目标,总结我国目前存在的问题,分析研究内容,并从宏观角度提出我国道路交通道路基础设施结构和运输结构优化方向。

我国公路交通运输节能减排工作正在有序开展,但工作中存在诸多问题妨碍了节能减排工作的快速推进。在分析我国公路能耗和节能减排工作情况的基础上,构建节能减排综合管理体系,加快建立政府有效监管、市场主体自觉节能减排的公路节能减排长效机制,有利于统筹协调和解决节能减排工作中的各种矛盾,对公路水路交通运输节能减排工作有极大的促进作用。

ABSTRACT

On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research, the paper sketches out the content of structural energy saving and emission reduction of the road traffic transportation. Starting from the three aspects of road infrastructure structure-road transport structure and energy consumption structure,with energy conservation and emission reduction as the goal,the paper summarizes the problems at present in our country, analyzes the research content, as well as proposes macroscopic optimization direction for China's road traffic infrastructure structure and transportation structure from the macro perspective.

Nowadays energy conservation& emission reduction of transportation industry are developing regularly in our country.Although,many problems exist preventing the work from developing more quickly.On analyzing the situation of energy conservation& emission reduction,we get the solution that developing energy conservation& emission reduction integrated management system of transportation industry to enhance government
