摘 要

中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，中小企业财务管理是中小企业管理的核心，加强中小企业财务管理是提升中小企业管理水平的关键。目前，我国中小企业财务管理还存在着财务管理意识薄弱，财务管理制度不健全，财务管理水平不高，会计机构设置不全，会计人员素质不高等问题。应该通过培养企业的财务管理意识，健全企业的财务管理制度，提高财务管理水平，完善会计机构设置，加强财务人员的素质等措施，克服财务管理中存在的问题，提升企业管理水平。

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of national economy in our country,Small

and medium-sized enterprise financial management is the core of the management of small and medium-sized enterprises,Strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management is the key to promote small and medium-sized enterprise management level.At present, our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial management still exist in the financial management consciousness weak, the financial management system is not sound, the financial management level is not high, accounting offices set is not complete, accounting personnel quality is not high.Should be by cultivating enterprise's financial management consciousness, perfecting enterprise financial management system, improve the level of financial management, perfect the accounting offices set, strengthen financial personnel's quality, to overcome the problems existing in the financial management, improve enterprise management level.
