插电式混合动力汽车论文:插电式并联混合动力汽车动力传动系统与控制参数匹配优化
【中文摘要】插电式混合动力汽车(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle,PHEV)是指可以使用外部电力网对动力电池进行充电的混合动力汽车。应用了该技术的插电式混合动力公交客车与传统的混合动力公交客车相比,动力电池容量大,纯电动续驶里程长,大大降低了混合动力汽车燃油消耗和尾气排放,是目前新能源汽车的研究开发热点之一。混合动力汽车动力传动系统各部件特性参数和整车控制参数及其匹配关系决定了整车的油耗和排放水平,对动力传动系统参数和控制参数进行匹配研究对于降低汽车燃油消耗和排放具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。首先根据插电式并联混合动力汽车动力性和行驶工况功率需求等要求确定了动力传动系统的几种参数匹配设计方案,并建立了动力传动系统各部件数学模型。其次利用正交试验方法,选取反映动力传动系统结构特征的混合度、变速箱速比、主减速器速比,以及整车电辅助控制策略参数作为正交设计因素,进行正交试验设计,以汽车在42个中国典型城市公交循环工况下油耗最小为目标,优选出整车动力传动系统参数和控制策略参数的最佳匹配方案。利用基于Advisor仿真平台建立的插电式并联双离合器混合动力客车仿真模型,进行整车动力性和燃油经济性仿真分析,得到汽车在中国典型城市公交循环工况下运行的油耗、发动机工作点分布图和电机工作点分布图和整车动力性指标等。仿真结果表明,动力传动系统参数和控制参数
优化后能满足整车动力性要求,整车控制策略可以实现合理的功率分配和发动机、电机的起停,制动能量回馈,发动机、电机工作状态良好,主要运行在最佳效率区域,并能保证动力电池组荷电状态维持在其设定区域内;汽车动力传动系统和控制参数优选后的燃油消耗相比未优选之前降低5.58%。文中还分析了行驶里程、整车质量和空气阻力系数对汽车燃油消耗的影响。
【英文摘要】Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEVs)is a hybrid vehicle whose battery packs can be charged by external power network.Compared to traditional hybrid buses,the PHEVs has a larger battery capacity,longer electric mileage,which has a much lower fuel consumption and emission.PHEV is one of the research hot spot in clean energy vehicle area.The fuel consumption and emission are determined by the parameters of power train, control strategy and their matching relationship. There are theoretical significance and application value to research the parameters of power train and control strategy. According to the requirements of vehicle performance and cycle driving power,several power trian parameter schemes are designed. The mathematical model of components of power train is established. Orthogonal test method is used,with the degree of hybridization, speed ratio,final rear ratio and vehicle control parameters chosen as orthogonal design factors. The
best matching scheme of power train and control strategy parameters is acquired,with the minimal fuel consumption of vehicle driving cycle under 42 Chinese bus typical urban cycles as target.The simulation model of plug-in parallel hybrid vehicles with dual-clutch is established which based on Matlab/Simulink simulation platform that can be run in the Advisor. Simulation of vehicle performance and fuel economy are carried out, and the fuel consumption and engine operating spots layout and motor operating spots layout are acquired. The simulation results show that the parameters of power train and control by optimized can meet the performance demand, engine and motor are both working in good condition and in the optimal efficiency zone.The proper power distribution, start/stop of engine and motor,brake energy feedback,as well as maintaining SOC in the given zone can be realized reasonably based on control strategy.Fuel consumption is reduced by 5.58% by using orthogonal designing optimization for control parameters and power train.The effect of the mileage, curb mass and air drag coefficient on the vehicle was analyzed.
