通过分发问卷的方法对高校的部分大学生的生活方式进行了简单的调查和研究，了解了在校大学生的基本生活情况，旨在探讨引导和培养大学生积极健康向上的生活途径和方法，促进大学生的健康成长。本次调查的区域较窄，主要集中在本校。

(一) 调查现状

1 睡眠状况

由调查结果显示，76.6%的学生作息时间不规律，44.3%的学生有熬夜的习惯，睡眠时间在6~8小时的大学生占了绝大部分。说明现在大学生学习的任务和压力较重。

2 体育锻炼情况

从调查情况看，81.3%的大学生参与体育锻炼，这表明学生比较注重身体素质的提高。但是只有17%的学生是一个星期进行4次级以上的体育锻炼，说明锻炼的强度仍有欠缺。其中，女生参与体育锻炼的热情明显比男生少，不参加体育锻炼的人数是男生的3.5倍。

接近半数的学生从事兼职工作，67.9%的学生参与团学联等部门的学生工作，其中25%的学生进入两个或以上的部门进行工作，目的多为锻炼自身能力，说明现在大学生比较注意培养自己的自立，活动，组织能力，未适应社会做准备。

5 娱乐，休闲方面

大学生们处于人生的黄金年龄段，从高中的应试教育进入到大学校园后，对于各种活动充满好奇，他们根据自己的性格和爱好选择了不同的课余生活。据调查，大学生休闲娱乐的主要方式为： K歌(24.8%)、上网游戏（28.6%）、上网聊天冲浪（39%）、逛街购物（32.4%）、看电影（43.4%）、旅游（15.5%）、运动（14.8%）睡觉（20%）、看书（16.6%）等。

57.3%的大学生会有选择性的参与学校组织的文体活动，绝大部分学生对学校组织的学术性活动感兴趣并参与其中。21%的学生会参加课外培训班充实自己。有八九成学生选择 K歌，上网游戏 ，上网聊天冲浪， 逛街购物 ，看电影 做为他们的娱乐休闲方式。但是男生与女生在这方面还是存在较大差异，男生大部分休闲时间会拿来上网、打牌、睡觉等；女生则较多拿来旅游、逛街、看电影等。

从以上调查现状可以看出，一是当前大学生的生活方式呈现出多元化的现象，大学不再是过去三点一线的单纯学习生活方式，大学生的学习和生活内容更加的丰富多彩，生活方式更加多样化，多元化，这是当前大学生活的重要特征。二是当前大学生中普遍存在不健康的生活方式，对健康生活的认知较为缺乏。学生中普遍存在熬夜，体育锻炼不科学等不良生活习惯。这种放纵自己“知而不行，行而不知”的行为，反应了大学生对积极健康生活方式的忽视。三是从大学生选择的休闲娱乐方式来看，选择的都是消磨时间娱乐性较强的方式，少数学生会选择参加课外学习班来充电。技能性活动较少，一般性活动较多；智力活动较多，体力活动较少。

（三）大学生不良生活方式的原因分析

1.社会上不良生活方式的诱导

由于我国目前正处于社会转型期，多种利益主题、多种价值观并存#因此在生活方式上也表现出良莠并存的混杂状态。一方面，西方资本主义生活方式通过各种途径被迅速传播到了各地，这其中不乏大量挥霍、颓废、色情等不健康的生活方式；另一方面，一些封建、没落的生活方式也打着“开放”旗号大行其道，如豪奢斗富、包妻养妾、性解放等不良生活方式，这些都对大学生产生了一种心理诱导，在一定程度上会催生不健康生活方式的欲望。

2.高校对大学生生活方式的重视、引导力度不够大
