Fissler锅食谱

三鲜炒蛋

准备时间:10分钟 烹饪时间:5分钟

材料:鸡蛋……3个,熟鸡肉……50克,蘑菇……50克,鸡油…… 50克,火腿……50克盐…… 6克,小菜芯……2棵 做法:

1. 将鸡蛋敲开取蛋液入碗中打散,火腿、蘑菇、熟鸡肉均切成碎丁备用;小菜芯洗净、汆

烫后,捞出切碎待用。

2. 锅中放入油烧至3成热,摊入蛋液,先用小火慢煎蛋汁使其稍凝固,然后将火腿、鸡肉、

蘑菇、蔬菜丁投入锅内蛋饼上。

3. 用锅铲将蛋饼翻过来再煎,熟透后淋鸡油,盛入盘中即可。 小贴士:

a) 蘑菇、火腿、鸡肉特有的鲜香,于慢火中同蛋汁煎熟,食用时味道口感丰富。 b) 鸡蛋本身含有许多与味精成分相同的谷氨酸,做蛋的料理不必添加味精。

c) 煎蛋对于Fissler的炒锅可以说是一种标准“试剂”没有别的烹饪工具比它煎得更精彩。一
