摘 要

铁路运输是国民经济的重要支柱,铁路信号是保证行车安全和提高运输能力的主要措施。6502电气集中是用继电电路构成的铁路安全控制系统,是一种高效、安全的车站联锁设备,本次设计是以站场缩尺图为依据,在掌握6502电气集中工程设计原理、方法、施工的基础上,完成对模拟站场乐尚站的下行咽喉的设计。主要设计内容有:

(1) 车站信号平面布置图的设计,其中主要包括信号机的布置、道岔和警冲标及信号机坐标的计算、股道有效长度的计算等。

(2) 在车站信号平面布置图的基础上完成联锁表的编制和控制台盘面布置图的设计。

(3) 通过轨道电路的极性交叉的配置以及送、受电端和扼流变压器的合理布置,完成双线轨道电路图的设计。

(4) 电缆网络图是在正确合理的选取电缆类型以及连接设备的基础上,通过电缆网络芯数的计算将各连接设备按束绘制成树状图。绘制电缆径路图计算电缆长度。

(5) 根据站场图选用合适的组合类型绘制组合连接图,并利用“S”形排列方法完成组合排列表的设计。

(6) 根据各信号设备在信号楼内的布置原则完成室内设备布置图。

本设计包括图纸和论文两部分。图纸直观地反映了室内外设备的布置情况,是施工的依据。论文是对图纸的详细说明,主要是对设计方法及原理的论述。

Abstract

Railway transportation is national economy important support, railway signal is the main measures to ensure safety and increase transport capacity. 6502 relay interlocking is a rail safety control system which is composed of relay circuit. It is a high efficient and safe station interlocking equipment. The design is based on the assigned railway yard scale drawing and based on the foundation under the general theory, methods, construction of 6502 electrical interlocking engineering design to finish the electrical interlocking design of the down throat Leshang station. The main content includes the following sections:

(1) To design the signal layout diagram which includes signal arrangement and the calculation of the coordinate of the signal, switch and fouling post, as well as the calculation of effective length of the fields.

(2) To complete the interlocking table and design the console panel diagram based on the station signal layout.

(3) To finish the design for double-track circuit diagram through the polarity cross, track circuit sends and accepts electricity, and the reasonable arrangement of impedance transformer.

(4) Cable network diagram must be based on the correct selection of cable types and connection. Drawing connection devices into tree diagram according to calculation of cable network cores. Completing cable pathway diagram and length calculation.

(5) To choose the right combination type to complete combination connection diagram according to yard diagram. According to \shape arrangement method to complete table arrangement.

(6) To complete indoor layout of equipment according to the signal equipment arrangement in signal tower.

The design is composed by the diagrams and paper. The diagrams reflect the configuration of indoor and outdoor equipments which is the basis of the design. The paper is the detailed explanation of the diagrams and explains the design method and theory.
