槐米中芦丁的提取及含量测定
摘要:目的:测定槐米中芦丁的含量,掌握芦丁的提取工艺。方法:采用碱提酸沉法获得芦丁粗提物,利用多次碱提酸沉法获得较纯的芦丁,再通过显色实验以及薄层色谱鉴定槐米提取液中的芦丁,并通过标准曲线法测定提取物中芦丁的含量。结果:吸光度与标准溶液的浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=30.1081C+0.0184,采样率为96%,没有太大的区别。结论:该方法易于操作,实验原理比较简单,薄层色谱与分光光度相结合实现了槐米提取液中芦丁的鉴定与含量测定。 关键词:槐米 芦丁 碱提酸沉法 含量测定
Abstract:Objective: to determine the content of luding in acacia and the extraction process of luding.Methods: alkali, acid sinking method to obtain crude extract rutin using multiple alkali acid sinking method to obtain a more pure rutin, again through the color experiment and TLC identification of rutin in the sophora japonica extract, and through the standard curve method for determining the content of rutin in extracts.Results: the concentration of standard solution and absorbance had good linear relationship, the regression equation A = 30.1081 + 0.0184 C, R = 0.9997, the sampling rate is 96%, not much difference.Conclusion: this method, easy to operate, the experiment principle is simple, thin layer chromatography combined with a spectrophotomet
