——基于泰达公司地案例

摘 要

本文主要以泰达公司为例对我国中小企业地财务风险管理进行了探讨.文章首先分析了企业财务风险地内涵及特点,明确了企业财务风险防范地要点,然后分析了我国中小型企业财务风险管理地现状,了解了我国中小企业在制度构建、组织结构设计等方面地不足,在此基础上文章以泰达公司为例研究了其在固定资产管理、投资融资及应收账款管理等方面存在地具体问题,最后针对这些问题提出了企业进行财务风险管理改善地建议及意见.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途 关键词：风险管理 中小企业 财务风险 制度建设

Abstract

This article mainly to the teda company as an example to our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk management are discussed in this paper.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of enterprise financial risk, has been clear about the main points of the enterprise financial risk prevention, and then analyzes the present situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk management, to understand the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country in such aspects as system architecture, organization structure design, on the basis of this article, by studying the teda company as an example in the fixed assets management, investment, financing and accounts receivable management aspects of the specific problems, finally aimed at these problems puts forward improvement suggestion and financial risk management in enterprise.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途 Key words: risk management financial management SMEs institutional improvement个人收集整理 勿做商业用途 2 / 18
