摘要：在激烈的市场竞争中，负债经营作为一种有效的经营方式，广为中外企业所运用。虽然负债经营在一定条件下能为企业带来巨大的经济效益，但同时也会带来财务风险。文章阐述了负债经营与财务风险的内涵与特征，分析了企业负债经营与财务风险的关系，并结合万科集团的案例，探讨企业如何在负债经营的情况下，有效地规避财务风险，并提出相关建议。 关键词：负债经营；财务风险；风险控制；防范措施
Discussion on Business with Liabilities and Financial Risks
——Taking Vanke Group as an Example

Abstract：In the fierce competition of the market, liabilities, as an effective way of operating business, is widely used by Chinese and foreign enterprise. Liabilities do bring immense profits to the enterprise in some condition,however, it can also produce financial risks. The thesis is about to debating the relationship between liabilities and financial risks by analyzing the connotations and features of them. It will also set Vanke Group as an example to discuss how the enterprise can avoid the financial risks effectively in the condition of liabilities. In the end of it will list some advice about it.
