班主任感恩教育工作总结

今天星期五最后一节课，由于班主任有事出差去了，让我这个数学科任老师去代了一节班会课。一开始想去站一下岗就得了，但想起这个学期正在尝试小组教学，于是为了拉拢人心，拿了笔记本电脑去班上准备好好上一节“数学班会课”。

由于是农村中学，学生没有机会接触电脑，看见我拿了笔记本电脑，同学们都很兴奋，纷纷想上来看个究竟，被我吼回桌位上去了。首先让学生唱了《感恩的心》这首歌，学生都会唱，而且很整齐。我这个五音不全的嗓子也吼了几下。接下来，认真的教了他们手语版的《感恩的心》，同学学得很认真。然后我在他们耳边说道：“首先，感谢我们的父母，是他们给了我们生命，并且任劳任怨地哺育了我们；其次，感谢老师，是他们辛勤的工作让我们懂了知识与道德品质；同样也感谢我们的对手，是他们让我们有了成长的机会……”自我感觉效果还不错。

接下来，让每个小组长总结一下这段时间来，组内的情况，并且说了一下接下来怎么做，感觉他们对于冠军锦旗的争夺气势不够，不过想想，农村的孩子毕竟内向很多，也就没有过多关涉，让他们自由发挥。然后让全班选出了三位表现最好的小组长，自己掏腰包买了几个笔记本奖励了他们一下，让他们以后的学生当中好好起带头作用。

整节课，感觉还是不错，虽然简单一些，但农村中学中能有这些“新玩意儿”，学生还是很开心。这也从一个侧面反映了我们这些教师的懒惰，羞愧啊。遗憾的是下课的时候忘记叫他们下周过来的时候交一篇感恩方面的周记，看来只能下次了。个人感觉现在班上同学们数学学习兴趣大有提高，教育确实需要智慧，也需要激情。因此常想，我们年轻的教师就应该多反思一下，多采取一些新的教学措施与方法，不要老是穿新鞋走老路。
