社会工作专业（专科）毕业论文实施方案
毕业论文是社会工作专业（专科）毕业前的最后一项实践性教学环节，是本专业的重要学
习和实践阶段。旨在培养学生综合运用基础理论知识、专业知识，锻炼他们的实际工作能力，使学生的创新意识和专业素质得到提升。根据中央电大关于集中实践教学的有关规定，电大毕业生必须撰写毕业论文或进行毕业设计。为更好地组织和实施社会工作专业毕业设计工作，我们特制定社会工作专业毕业设计实施方案。
一、毕业论文的目的
毕业论文是全面考查学生独立地综合运用所学本专业理论知识，针对社会工作行业领域某项具体情况进行分析和解决一些特定问题的能力，是对学生修业期间学习情况的一次综合检验，也是学生学习成果的集中体现。
二、毕业论文的时间安排

1、毕业论文的选题限于社会工作专业范畴之内，并符合社会工作专业的特点。选题需要结合我国社会工作实践，提倡选择应用性较强的课题，特别鼓励结合当前社会实践亟待解决的实际问题进行研究。
2、凡修完本专业全部必修课程，已修课程学分达到全部课程总学分80％以上的学生，经申请可参加毕业设计。毕业设计为各专业学生必修环节，不得免修。本专业毕业设计共5学分，毕业设计时间不得少于七周。
3、选题要求
（1）毕业论文的选题限于社会工作专业范畴之内。要注重选题的应用性；选题要具体，不宜过大；确定选题要尽可能结合实践教学环节的教学成果及本职工作实践经验。毕业作业（论文）要论点正确、论证充分、结论合理；材料详实、结构完整、语言通畅；行文格式规范。
（2）毕业论文应由学生本人在教师指导下独立完成。
（3）毕业论文格式要符合论文规范。凡调查报告、工作总结均不能作为毕业论文。论文正文字数不少于3000 字。作品应为原创，此前未以任何形式发表，不属于公开作品。作品和用于创作的素材不得侵犯第三方的著作权、商标权、专有权利或其他权利，由此而产生的一切纠纷由本人负责。杜绝一切抄袭、剽窃行为。
（4）毕业论文主要内容包括：摘要、目录、正文、参考文献。所引用的中外文参考文献资料，必须注明引用教材（或著作、期刊等）的书名（或著作、期刊名）、作者、出版单位、时间（引用期刊的还必须注明文章名）。引用其他参考资料也应注明资料来源。 具体要求如下： ① 目录：论文内页第一页，单独一页，四号字，单倍行距（是否选用目录可以根据实际自行选择）；
② 论文内页第二页起：页面设置默认，单面打印。题目：三号字，加粗；【内容摘要】：200字左右，小四号字；关键词：3—5个关键词，四号字；正文：四号字，1.5倍行距；大标题如“一、二、三、”使用四号字；小标题如“（一）、（二）”使用四号字；
③ 注释：（尾注）从①开始，小五号字，引用他人文章内容的，必须以脚注的方式注明。脚注包括论文题目或书名、作者、杂志社或出版社、期刊页数等。
④ 参考文献：论文最后一页。参考论著必须包括作者、书名、出版社、出版时间。参考论文的必须包括作者、论文题目、杂志社、期刊。参考网络资料必须包括作者、论文题目、详细网址、日期。
⑤ 字体要求全部为宋体。

（7）毕业论文要统一格式，统一封面，统一使用A4纸进行文字打印及装订。 （8）毕业论文说明文体格式、排版和打印稿要求：
1.5倍行间距，标准字间距，页边距上下为3.5cm，左右为3.17 cm，中文半角状态，页码居中。统一使用A4纸打印。具体操作如下：
进入word状态，设定字体为中文宋体、字号为四号，下拉文件菜单，在“页面设置”确定页边距，下拉格式菜单，在“字体”确定字间距、在“段落”确定行间距（如上），版面会自动生成为20行、每行30个字；下拉插入菜单，在“页码”确定页码为宋体四号并居中。
文章的结构层次用下列符号表示： 一、（一级标题，宋体、四号） （一）（二级标题，宋体、四号） 1、（三级标题，宋体、四号） 文章正文中：
（1）题目---宋体、三号（加粗），居中。 （2）姓名----宋体四号。 （3）正文（宋体、四号）
装订。论文内容侧订两针，然后用胶水粘贴于毕业论文评审表内。 四、指导教师资格与职责 1 .指导教师资格
集中实践环节的指导教师应由较高思想理论水平、较好专业知识能力和较强写作能力并符合下列条件之一者担任：
（1）具有社会工作专业或相近专业中级以上专业技术职务，或者取得法学类社会学专业硕士以上学位的高校教师、科研机构研究人员和社会工作实际工作者；
（2）具有社会工作专业或相近专业本科以上学历并从事本专业教学、研究及社会工作实际工作满3 年的人员；
（3）具有社会工作专业或相近专业专科学历或其他专业本科以上学历并从事社会工作专业实际工作满5 年的人员。 2 .指导教师职责
