摘 要

可编程控制器(PLC)是一种数字运算与操作的控制装置。PLC作为传统继电器的替代产品,广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域。由于PLC可以用软件来改变控制过程,并有体积小,组装灵活,编程简单,抗干扰能力强及可靠性高等特点,特别适用于恶劣环境下运行。

随着电力电子技术以及控制技术的发展,交流变频调速在工业电机拖动领域得到了广泛应用;本文介绍了基于PLC的变频器调速系统。将现在应用最广泛的PLC和变频器综合起来主要功能实现了变频调速。首先通过设置给定输入给PLC,再通过PLC控制变频器,再经由变频器来控制异步电机,控制运算主要由PLC和变频器来完成,执行元件为变频器和异步电机。

Abstract

Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a digital computing and control device operation. PLC as a the traditional relay replacement products, widely used in all areas of industrial control. PLC software can be used to change control process, and small size, flexible assembly and programming is simple, strong anti-jamming capability and high reliability, especially suitable for harsh environments.

With the development of power electronics technology and control technology, the AC frequency control has been widely used in the field of industrial motor drag; programmable logic controller PLC as a new alternative relay control device, often used for field data collection and control equipment .

This article describes the inverter speed control system based on PLC. Now the most widely used PLC and inverter together the main function of frequency control. First set to the given input to the PLC, PLC control inverter to control the motor via the inverter control algorithms mainly by the PLC and inverter to complete the implementation of the components of the inverter and the motor.
