我的毕业设计课题是“上海兰生复旦中学综合楼设计”,共5层,首层层高3.6米,其他层高均为3.3米。建筑物总高度为18.2米。结构选型为钢筋混凝土框架结构。整个毕业设计分为建筑设计和结构设计。

根据建筑设计规范和其它相关标准,以及设计要求和提供的地质资料来进行本次设计。建筑设计中建筑图包括底层及标准层平面图、顶层平面图、主要立面图、剖面图,满足相关规范要求。

结构设计包括结构计算和绘制结构图两方面。结构计算需完成纵横向平面框架结构设计、楼盖设计、楼梯等结构设计。纵横向平面框架结构设计涉及到框架梁、柱,要满足“强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯”的设计原则。在本次毕业设计中采用手算和电算两种方法,手算采用分层分析法和D值法(计算竖向荷载采用分层分析法,计算水平荷载采用D值法)来完成,电算采用PKPM结构计算软件。

本设计主要进行了结构方案中框架的结构设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用经验公式法求出自振周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计并完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。

本设计书包括如下部分: (1)工程概况; (2)荷载计算;

(3)框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计; (4)楼梯设计;

ABSTRACT

Abstract

My graduation project topic is “Design of a School building of Fu Dan Lan Sheng in

Shanghai \The total height of the building is 18.22 meters. The structure shaping is the reinforced concrete portal frame construction. The entire graduation project divides into the architectural design and the structural design.

According to the architectural design standard and other correlation standards, as well as the design request the geological data which and provides to carry on this design. In the

architectural design constructs the chart including the first floor and the key bed horizontal plan, the top layer horizontal plan, the main elevation, the sectional drawing, satisfies the related standard request.

Structural design including structure computation and plan structure drawing two aspects. The structure computation must complete the foundation design, vertically and horizontally to the plane portal frame construction design, the ceiling design, and the staircase design.

Vertically and horizontally involves to the plane portal frame construction design to frame beam, the column, must be satisfied \principle of design. Uses the hand in this graduation project to calculate with the electricity calculated two methods, the hand calculated uses the lamination analytic method and the ?D? value (computation vertical load uses lamination analytic method, computation horizontal load uses D value) to complete, the electricity calculated uses PKPM structure computation software.

This design has mainly carried on in the structure plan the frame structural design. After determination frame layout, first has carried on the level a load generation of computation, then extracts using the empirical formula the cycle, then according to the base shearing force law computation horizontal earthquake load function under the size, then extracts under the horizontal load function the structure internal force (moment, shearing force, axle strength). Then calculates the vertical load (dead load and live load) under the function structure internal force discovers most disadvantageous group of or several group of internal forces combinations. Selects the safest result computation to match the muscle and the cartography. In addition also has carried on in the structure plan room the staircase design and has completed the even platen, stairs the board, component the and so on platform beam internal force and matches the muscle computation and the construction drawing plan.

This design including is as follows partially: (1) Project Survey; (2) Load Computation;

(3) Portal Frame Construction Stress Analysis, Computation and Design; (4) Staircase Design;
