摘 要

恒温箱作为一种恒定温度的设备,被广泛地应用于生产、生活、实验等领域。在医药,生物实验、工业生产等行业中,都需要稳定而精确的温度。温度控制系统由于存在着大惯性、非线性等特性,如果采用普通的PID控制算法,建立精确的数学模型是极其困难的,在线整定参数的能力差,不能满足系统在不同条件下对参数的自整定要求,从而限制了控制效果。而模糊控制的可以较好地处理纯滞后、大惯性、参数漂移大的非线性不确定复杂系统。将模糊控制和常规PID 控制相结合,构成模糊PID 控制法,既具有模糊控制的灵活、适应性。在本设计中,恒温箱温度由传感器和EM235进行实时温度的传送,经S7-200预先编写的模糊PID控制算法计算对KP,Ki,Kd进行修正,来控制恒温设备的加热与制冷,以达到恒温控制的目的。

Incubator Temperature Control System Design Based on Fuzzy

PID Algorithm

ABSTRACT

Incubator have been widely used in the fields of production, life and realization, as a constant temperature of the equipment. It is necessary to have stable and precise temperature in medicine, biological experiments, industrial production and other industries. Temperature control system is due to the presence of large inertia, nonlinear characteristics. using ordinary PID control algorithm is extremely difficult to establish a precise mathematical model,which can not meet system parameters under different conditions from the tuning requirements and online tuning parameters is poor, thus limiting the control effect. Fuzzy control can be better to deal with delay, large inertia, nonlinear parameter drift uncertainty of complex systems. Fuzzy control and conventional PID control combined which constitute a fuzzy PID control method with fuzzy control flexible and adaptable, but also has the characteristics of high precision PID control. In this design, the incubator temperature send real-time temperature by sensors and the EM235. Calculating KP,Ki,Kd by S7-200 prewritten fuzzy PID control algorithm is to control thermostat heating and cooling equipment in order to achieve the
