普通车床CA6140床头箱齿轮传动系统设计

摘 要

此设计主要是设计车床床头箱内的齿轮,金属切削机床是利用刀具对金属工件进行切削加工的机器。设计首先要考虑到满足工作的需要,故在设计说明书中首先涉及到机床的用途和规格,也就是机床在实际工作中的应用以及要满足的要求,在车床床头箱的设计中,传动系统是最重要的,所以要设计出传动的路径以及传动速度变换关系,画出转速图,从转速图中可以简明扼要的可以看出转速变化,在传动中用到齿轮,齿轮在传动中起到关键的桥梁作用,也就是说齿轮设计的好坏关系到主传动的成败,齿轮设计也就是床头箱的设计核心,在齿轮的设计中,首先应该了解到齿轮的主要失效形式以及设计齿轮的准则,使其满足工作条件的要求而且要经久耐用,然后要选择齿轮材料以及考虑各种材料的性能和硬度刚度等性质,以及所要采取的热处理方法,因为合适的热处理能够提高材料的各种特性,简要了解齿轮的各种加工方法,以便为床头箱齿轮选择合适的加工方法。齿轮最容易发生齿根折断和疲劳失效,故推导出两种失效的计算方法,以便为后面齿轮的设计找出理论依据。在最后具体设计主轴箱内的齿轮,使设计的齿轮既满足要求,又不浪费材料,方面合理。

CA6140LATHES’S HEADSTOCK

ABSTRACT

This design is the design of the main headstock lathe’s gear . Metal Cutting Machine Tool is use of tool machining works piece. First designing is to meet the needs of the work, so in the design brochures first refer to the use of machine tools and specifications, it is the use of machine in the practical application. In the lathe spindle box design, transmission is the most important, so we should design the transmission path of the drive and transmission speed of the transformation. Paint the speed chart, from which concise speed changes can be seen. In the transmission system gear is veal important . Gear is to play a key role as a bridge, in other words gear design that has impact on the success or failure of the main drive. Gear design is the key to the design of lathe’s box. In the design of the gear, First gear should be aware of the major failure mode and the design criteria, to make it responsive to the requirements of working conditions but also is durable, then choose materials and refer to the properties of various materials such as hardness properties and stiffness, as well as to take the heat treatment method because appropriate heat treatment can improve the material properties, understand various method to make gear so as to choose reasonable method in the box of spindle. Gear root most easily fracture and fatigue failure, so we must calculate the two invalid calculation method gear behind to identify the design theory, the final design is to design in the gear box spindle, so that the gear is designed to meet requirements, waste materials, rationalize.
