年产20万吨铝锭300kA预焙阳极铝电解车间设计

摘要

当今的铝电解工业正在向着槽容量大型化发展。大型预焙阳极铝电解槽上通过的强大电流会产生强大的磁场,磁场与电解质及铝液中的电流相互作用产生强大的电磁力,使铝液发生循环流动。这不仅会降低电流效率,也给生产操作带来一定困难。铝液流场分布的好坏对电流效率、吨铝电耗、阳极消耗、槽寿命、阳极效应系数等生产指标有着重要影响。因此,对铝液流场进行仿真具有重要的研究意义和实用价值。本文针对不同槽膛内形计算出相应的铝液流场。总结归纳300kA铝电解槽铝液流场的分布规律,并分析产生各种结果的原因。这些结论可以为铝电解槽的生产操作和优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract

The electrolytic aluminum industry is towards the development of large scale tank capacity. The quality of aluminum liquid flow field distribution on current efficiency, energy consumption, tons of aluminum anode consumption, service life of the cell, the anode effect coefficient has an important effect on the production index. Therefore,it is very significant to research Aluminum liquid flow by simulating. According to different slot bore shape to calculate the flow field of molten aluminum to summary of 300kA aluminum electrolytic aluminum liquid flow distribution and analyse various results. These conclusions can provide aluminum electrolyzer production operation and theoretical basis for optimal design.
