如何正确认识食品添加剂

摘要:随着食品行业的发展,人们渐渐开始认识食品添加剂。然而这种认识只是浅层的了解,并不是真正的认识。对于近年来出现的一些食品安全问题,是由于一些不法商贩不按标准添加,过量加入添加剂导致食品出现安全问题,使得人们认为所有添加剂都是不安全的。更重要的是,人们谈论\代理人”,人们普遍认为,所有食品与食品添加剂是不安全的。这种认知是片面的,什么是食品添加剂?在世界上对于食品添加剂的定义是不同的,而在我国食品添加剂则是为了提高食品的质量和色泽、风味和口感,并添加到保存和加工天然或合成的化学物质。食品工业的发展离不开食品添加剂的使用,食品添加剂改善了食品的色、香等方面,满足了食品色泽和香味各方面的要求。我们应该正确全面地认识食品添加剂。 关键词:食品添加剂;食品安全;健康
