摘 要

随着企业生产技术和管理制度的不断发展,越来越多的企业认识到物流管理系统的改善提升对企业的发展起着非常重要的作用。其中,基于PLC的立体仓库是自动化控制中的一种重要设备。

本论文详细论述了现代大型企业中普遍使用的自动化立体仓库设计方案。首先,从立柱设计以及几个主要重点机构的结构设计着手,分析了堆垛机的运行机理。论文从堆垛机的特点及构成开始,分析立柱的受力情况,然后推导出立柱的弯矩及挠度关系式,再给出设计数据进行校核,最终设计出满足承受载重量,且又高又细的立柱;重点设计了货叉伸缩机构的结构设计,首先通过分析货叉的受力图,推导出弯矩挠度公式,设计出货叉的外部结构尺寸,然后又设计校核了货叉内部零件的详细尺寸,最终设计出了符合要求、灵活、使用、简捷、方便的货叉结构。并选取出合适的电机和减速器;然后,设计出了一种体积小、灵敏度高、动作可靠、带柔性装置的堆垛机安全机构的设计方案。

本设计通过选用合适的PLC,并设计相应的控制系统进行编程、运行、调试,最终达到设计要求。

ABSTRACT

With the development of production technology and management system, more and more enterprises realize that the improvement of logistics management system plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. Among them, the three-dimensional warehouse based on PLC is one of the important equipment in automation control.

This paper discusses in detail the modern large-scale enterprise in the universal use of automated warehouse design. First of all, from the column design and the structure design of several main mechanism, the operation mechanism of the crane is analyzed. The from stacking machine and the structure, stress analysis of the column is then deduced from the column of the bending moment and deflection relationship, and then gives the design of data check ultimately designed to meet under load and tall, thin column; focus on the design of the structure design of fork telescoping mechanism. First of all, through the analysis of fork diagram, bending deflection formula is deduced, shipment external structure and dimension of the fork, then design and check the parts inside the fork with size, final design to meet the requirements, a flexible, simple and convenient fork structure. And remove the appropriate motor and reducer; calculation of stacker crane lifting mechanism and the walking mechanism design is introduced in this paper, and to determine the size and motor, reducer selection; then, a small volume, high sensitivity, reliable action, the design scheme of the cranessafe organization of flexible device.

This design through the use of appropriate PLC, and design the corresponding control system programming, running, debugging, and ultimately meet the design requirements.
