摘 要

本文介绍的厨房便携式称量勺是基于单片机为核心具有角度补偿的电子称量系统。在设计上采用模块化设计,分模块实现功能,应用单片机接口技术将各模块整合成一个完整的系统,设计思路清晰,使得硬件设计、软件编程、调试较易实现,成品的故障诊断和维护变得简单易操作。

硬件电路由电源模块、CPU模块(单片机最小系统)、按键电路、压力传感器电路、AD数据采集电路模块、角度检测模块、显示模块7大部分组成。考虑到称量勺的便携性,采用升压芯片为MAX1676将1.5V电压升至5V,用一节纽扣电池供电即可。角度的实时检测,系统对角度产生的误差进行实时补偿是本设计的一个特色,由MPU6050电子陀螺仪芯片及其外围电路构成的,其中包括X、Y、Z三个维度坐标轴角度和加速度检测,在这个系统中,我们只需对MPU6050模块的Z坐标轴角度检测的数据进行CPU的运算并处理。

系统软件的设计则按照各模块功能分成了若干个模块进行编写,分别是主程序、A/D模块程序、按键模块程序、角度检测模块程序、LCD显示模块程序。

ABSTRACT

The portable kitchen weighing spoon is introduced in this paper based on single chip microcomputer as the core of the electronic weighing system with Angle compensation. It uses the modular design,different module realize the different function. single chip microcomputer interface technology makes different module integration into a complete system, the idea clarity, it makes the hardware design, software programming and debugging is easy to implement, the fault diagnosis of the finished product simple easy to operate and maintenance.

Hardware circuit by the power supply module, CPU module (single chip microcomputer minimum system), the key circuit and pressure sensor circuit, AD data acquisition circuit module, test module and display module . Considering the portable of weight spoon, we use MAX1676 make voltage from 1.5 V to 5 V, section with a button batteries. Angle real-time detection, the system on the perspective of real-time error compensation is a feature of this design, composed of MPU6050 electronic gyroscope chip and its peripheral circuit, including the X, Y, Z axis Angle and the acceleration test.In this system, we just need to Operation and process MPU6050 module of Z axis Angle data by CPU.

System software design is carried out in accordance with the module function is divided into several modules, respectively is the main program, A/D module, keys module program, the Angle detection module, LCD display module.
