基于单片机的智能散热器的设计

摘 要:散热器在生活中的应用很广泛,例如笔记本电脑会因为散热不良而出现死机现象。单片机具有集成度高、体积小、功能强、可靠性高、价格低廉等优点,广泛应用于工业测控、智能仪器仪表、网络通信、家用电器等领域。矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。 本设计在深入探讨散热问题的基础上,设计出了一套基于单片机控制的智能散热器,综合了成本和性能等相关因素,采用Atmel公司的AT89C52单片机为核心。控制器件向温度传感器DS18B20发送指令,进行温度信号的采集与处理,并通过液晶显示器显示出来,与系统预先设定的温度参数进行比较,当温度达到一定数值后,单片机会驱动风扇转动,进行散热处理。当温度下降到一定数值后,风扇停止工作。通过按键对温度参考值进行设定,利用记忆芯片EEPROM对设定值进行保存,实现温度智能控制最后系统在Protues下仿真运行,验证此系统设计正确可行。聞創沟燴鐺險爱氇谴净。 关键词:散热器;单片机 ;智能控制
