EXCEPTIONS AND DEVIATIONS/偏差和偏离

For our comments on Buyer’s Commercial Conditions, refer to our commercial quotation./卖方对买方商务条款的回应，请参考卖方的商务报价单。

Nozzle loads according enclosed nozzle load datasheet/管嘴负荷参见负荷表。 GUARANTEE/保证值

Guarantee for main burner /保证值：

In accordance with the enclosed Duiker Guarantee Clause for Refractory Lined

Equipment Shop Installed in accordance with the enclosed ./耐火材料的保证参见杜克公司工厂安装耐火材料相关质保条款附件。

Moreover, Duiker guarantee the following /此外卖方提供如下质保:

? Pressure drop across the burner at maximum capacity./最大处理量下，通过燃烧

器的压降

? Capacity of burner./燃烧器的处理能力 ? Noise level./噪音水平

? Materials and workmanship./材质和加工

? Nox emission of main burner below 100ppm(v) under normal operation condition/

正常操作条件下，主燃烧器Nox的排放低于100ppm(v).

? Material selection and mechanical design./材质选择和机械设计

? Under normal operation condition and all technical data while burner operation

inside the range of inquiry file, Duiker guarantee the life of Burner not less tan 20 years except for the parts which are subject to wear and tear. /在正常操作条件和燃烧器运行的技术参数在询价书规定的范围内，杜克公司可以保证除易磨损件外，燃烧器的使用寿命不低于20年。

? If the gas (feed to the burner data not deviated from gas data indicated in inquiry

file and residence time in the Reaction Furnace is at least 1 second, Duiker guarantee maximum residual NH3 content in the process gas as measured downstream of the Waste Heat Boiler of less than 50 ppm(v) in steady state conditions. While designing stage burner vender will review the RF designer by buyer. Conditions of above guarantee are as below/在满足如下条件的情况下，卖方保证废锅之后氨的残余值小于50ppm(v)。其中进入燃烧器的酸气指标完符合技术询价书，反应炉内停留时间不低于1秒。燃烧器设计阶段，卖方将对买方的反应炉设计进行复查。

1. Flame temperature higher than 1300 °C. Duiker confirm that combustion

temperature of acid gas/air as indicated in inquiry data sheet could above 1300 °C /燃烧温度高于1300 °C ，卖方在此确认，根据技术询价表中的酸气数据计算，火焰燃烧温度可以达到1300 °C以上。

2. Residence time in the Reaction Furnace is at least 1 second./反应炉停留时间不

小于1秒

3. Maximum concentration of NH3 in the combined Amine Acid Gas/SWS Acid Gas

mixture that is fed to the burner, is not higher than indicated in the Data Sheet for Main Burner received with the enquiry./混合后酸气中氨的浓度含量不高于询价文件当中的技术数据

Typically the following documents will be supplied in order stage，10 hard copies and 3 CD/订货阶段杜克将提供如下文件,10份打印版本,3份电子版本。

? General arrangement drawings and parts lists (in PDF-format)/设备布置图及部件表

? Mechanical strength calculations according ASME/根据ASME标准进行的应力计算 ? Burner operating manual(English and Chinese) with parts lists & drawings,

operating data, data sheets, burner operating curves, refractory curves, refractory datasheets, installation instructions, maintenance instructions/燃烧器操作手册、安装指示(中英文版本)，含部件表、图件、操作参数、操作曲线、耐火材料曲线、耐火材料数据表；

? Specification of instruments and manual/仪表技术参数及手册； ? Electrical and instrument diagrams./电气仪表图；

? Manufacturing Books， including inspection certificate，mateetial data/制造书及检验证书、材质证明

? Spare parts lists(English and Chinese)/备件表(中英文版本)

Technical documents delivery schedule while designing and manufacture stage/设计阶段，技术文件提交进度表:

Three (3) weeks after contract effective, Duiker will provide the Buyer following documents: /合同生效后三周后，杜克公司将提供以下文件：

? Burner drawing with main dimensions and weights for buyer engineering work/燃

烧器主要尺寸及重量设计图件，用于买方开展设计工作 ? Inspection plan/检验计划

? Manufacturing schedule/生产进度表

Seven (7) weeks after contract effective Duiker will provide the Buyer following documents for approval: /合同生效后7周，杜克公司将提供以下文件 ? General arrangement drawings and parts lists/设备总装图和部件列表

? Specification of instruments and electrical diagrams/仪表详细说明和电子图表 ? Mechanical stress calculations/机械应力计算表 ? Spare parts list/备件列表

Buyer will approve and return the drawings and calculations within one (1) week after receipt of these documents by buyer./买方在收到这些文件一周内进行审查通过并回复卖方。

7.0 MISCELLANEOUS /其他

?Performance test of main burner: Within 7 months after shipment, buyer will inform seller and designer for performance test. The test will be done by third party and participated by above three parties. Test will be carried under normal operation

condition and follow procedure/test method provided by seller All guarantee figurers indicated in 5.0 shall be met. Or the seller will follow concerned clauses inside

4. Measurements are done in steady state conditions /检测在装置运行稳定的情况下

进行检验.

5. Buyer / Designer guarantees that all gases, which will be by-passed around

the burner, will contain no NH3./买方和设计方需确保，分流直接进入反应炉的(亦即不通过主燃烧器注入的)酸性气不含NH3.

DOCUMENTATION/文件提交

commercial contract to settle the problem. In case seller will not join the test after informed for the test in advance, buyer will consider that seller accept the test result without witness of seller. 燃烧器性能测试：燃烧器在离岸7个月内，由买方预先通知卖方、设计方派人参加，组织由第三方进行的燃烧器性能测试。测试工况为正常的设计工况，测试方法由卖方提供。性能指标应符合本协议中5条规定，若不符合5条规定则应按商务合同的相应条款处理。若卖方未按时派员参加，则视为认可买方测试结论。

?Product quality control: Seller shall provide manufacturer and inspection plan and provide to seller. Before any inspection included the plan, buyer shall be informed for the schedule and place of inspection for witness with buyer’s cost. If Buyer will not join the inspection, seller will consider that buyer accept the inspection result./产品质量控制点：卖方应根据燃烧器的制造要求制定质量控制点，报买方备案。并事先通知买方派人至制造地点检查确认，相关费用由买方自理。若买方未按时派员参加，则视为认可卖方质检结论。

?The confirmation from buyer for the designing documents provided by seller shall not release the Seller from the obligation of quality guarantee买方对卖方技术文件的确认及制造过程的检查并不能解除或减轻乙方应对燃烧器质量所承担的完全责任。
