柴油机高压共轨系统稳态工况

油量控制策略研究

摘 要

随着节能、减排标准的不断提高,对柴油机性能的改善提出了更高要求。高压共轨电控喷油系统在提高柴油机性能方面具有独特的优势,喷油系统的灵活控制会直接影响柴油机的性能。油量控制作为共轨系统的关键技术之一,是实现高压共轨燃油喷射系统灵活控制研究的重要内容。高压共轨柴油机的喷油控制策略中,在稳态工况时,喷油量控制通常采用闭环控制,能够较好的实现稳定控制,但仍存在可改善的地方。

本文提出基于模糊PID控制的高压共轨系统油量控制策略,根据柴油机的工况得到目标喷油量,并实现定量喷油,解决高压共轨喷油系统喷稳态工况油量的控制问题,提高共轨系统在稳态工况的工作性能。工作内容主要包括:(1)根据柴油机工作过程的数学模型,建立柴油机仿真模型;(2)在柴油机高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统控制理论分析的基础上,针对柴油机稳定工作状况,比较分析了油量PID和模糊PID的控制方法,结合柴油机的特点,采用了模糊PID复合的油量控制策略;(3)使用MATLAB/Simulink工具箱,建立油量控制策略模型,与柴油机模型连接,模拟柴油机稳态工况时加速、减速和定转速工况,进行仿真实验。结果表明采用模糊PID控制,能够达到更好的控制效果,并具有良好的动态响应性,可以满足工况需求。

Abstract

With the improvement of energy saving and emission reduction standards, the improvement of the performance of diesel engine is put forward. High pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system has a unique advantage in improving the performance of diesel engine, and the flexible control of fuel injection system will directly affect the performance of the diesel engine. Oil control as one of the key technologies of common rail system is an important part in the research of high pressure common rail fuel injection system. In the control strategy of high pressure common rail diesel engine, the fuel injection quantity control usually adopts close loop control in steady state, which can achieve stable control, but there is still a place to improve.

In this paper, the control strategy of high pressure common rail system based on fuzzy PID control is proposed, According to the diesel engine operating conditions to obtain the target fuel injection quantity, realize the quantitative fuel injection, solve the high pressure common rail injection system spray steady state oil quantity control problem, Improving the working performance of common rail system in steady state. The work mainly includes: (1) according to the mathematical model of the working process of the diesel engine, the diesel engine simulation model is established; (2) in diesel engine high-pressure common rail fuel injection system control theory based on the analysis of the stability of the working condition of the diesel engine, a comparative analysis of the oil quantity control method of PID and fuzzy PID, combined with the characteristics of diesel engine, using the fuzzy PID composite oil control strategy; (3) using the MATLAB/Simulink toolbox, the establishment of the oil quantity control strategy model, and the diesel engine model is connected, simulation of diesel engine steady state conditions of acceleration, deceleration and fixed speed conditions, simulation experiment. The results show that the fuzzy PID control can achieve a better control effect, and has a good dynamic response, can meet the requirements of the working conditions.
