摘要

盖形螺母,包括螺母体和盖帽,其技术解决方案是螺母体和盖帽为分体结构,两者通过焊接连接。采用分体结构后,螺母体可采用现有的标准螺母,加工时只需制造盖帽并将盖帽焊接在标准螺母上就可以了,大大降低了制造的难度。

盖形螺母广泛应用于汽车配件,机械设备,电子器材,通讯设备,五金灯饰,建筑桥梁,家具装修等相关行业,其市场需求量巨大。采用冷挤压工艺生产不但能降低生产成本,提高生产效率;而且提高了零件的精度和表面质量,改善了强度和韧性,减少了切削加工量,也改善了零件的组织性能。所以,在此对汽车盖形螺母的成形工艺及模具设计进行研究。在挤压过程中一般采用有预成形的多道次挤压工艺。其中的关键是如何合理分配材料变形程度,控制材料流动,减少过度变形,从而得到合格的零件。本文探讨了盖形螺母挤压的可行性,通过对产品零件图的分析,制定了几种工艺方案并进行分析比较,在选择最优方案的同时也制定了工艺流程。在此基础上详细地介绍了盖形螺母挤压模具的设计过程。

Cap nut, including nut body and cap, the technical solution is the nut body and cap for fission structure, both through welding connection. Cap nut is widely used in auto parts, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, communications equipment, hardware lighting, bridge building, furniture decoration and other related industry, its market demand is huge. Not only can reduce the production cost was produced by cold extrusion technology, improve production efficiency; And improves the precision and surface quality of the parts, to improve the strength and toughness, reduce the cutting processing capacity, and improve the organizational performance of the parts. So, in this for car cover nut forming technology and die design were studied. Preform is commonly used in the extrusion process of multi-channel extrusion process. The key is how to distribute the material deformation degree, reasonable control of material flow, reduce excessive deformation, so as to get qualified parts. This paper discusses the feasibility of cap nut extrusion, through the analysis of the product detail drawings, make several process scheme and carries on the analysis comparison, in choosing the optimal plan is also made the process flow. On the basis of the cover nut were introduced in detail the design process of the extrusion die.
