内 容 摘 要
近年来,随着全球经济的放缓,民航运输企业的经营也随之经历着一场空前的考验。为了在金融危机的激流中站稳脚跟,国际、国内航空运输市场竞争日趋激烈,国内各航空公司纷纷开始进行一系列的产品调整和内部改革,提高经济效益已经成为我国航空公司的重要任务。两舱旅客是航空公司重要的利润增长点,也是各航空公司的\必争之地\。本文通过对国内外两舱服务现状的分析,探讨我国两舱服务的发展方向,并从加大硬件投入和提升“软件”服务两大方面提出了两舱服务的基本要求和方法。本文重点在探讨如何提升“软件”服务上,并从沟通技巧、服务程序、关注细节和打造特色两舱服务产品等九个层次论述,力求对国内两舱服务作深入分析。它将为中国航空服务注入新的理念,提升航空公司的综合竞争能力,打造良好的品牌形象,为公司带来丰厚的收益。

Abstract
In recent years, as the global economic slowdown, aviation business is experiencing an air crash in front of the test.
