沃尔玛仓储运营模式分析与对策选择

摘 要

美国沃尔玛公司作为世界上最大的商业零售企业，通过其快速高效的现代物流运作模式，使整个供应链实现了顺畅链接，提高了运作效率，并最终控制物流成本堪称世界零售业物流运作的典范。

仓储超市是在大型综合超市经营的商品基础上筛选大众化实用商品，并采取自选方式销售且实行储销一体化的新型商业业态形式。仓储超市的主要目标顾客群是中、小商业者。它的主要经营目标是满足中、小商业者的商业需求和个人需求。学习和借鉴沃尔玛先进的物流运作模式是我国零售业物流管理水平与国际接轨的必然要求。 关键词：沃尔玛，仓储模式，零售业

沃尔玛是由美国零售业的传奇人物山姆·沃尔顿先生于1962年在阿肯色州成立。山姆·沃尔顿出身于普通的中西部的农民家庭，靠打工完成大学的学业。1952年10月，山姆在二战服兵役后，回到故乡，和妻子白手起家建了第一家杂货店——“5分～1角商店”，山姆具有经营的天赋，善于创新，并尽量从顾客的角度出发，满足顾客的需求。直接从制造商进货以降低商品的售价，同时注意流行的趋势，将热销品引入商店。山姆
