实 施 令

为使加油加气站全体员工了解、熟悉本站在各类事故状态下的应急处置程序,做好应急响应的准备工作,增强加油加气站应对和防范重大事故的能力,最大限度地减少事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《生产经营单位生产安全事故应急预案编制导则》等有关法律法规标准及文件的规定,针对我站经营过程中存在的危险源及可能发生事故类型的特点,我站组织人员编制了《XXXXX石油销售(集团)公司XX路加油加气站生产安全事故综合应急预案》。本预案是本站所有安全生产事故应急活动所必须遵循的行为准则和纲领性文件,全体员工必须遵照执行。

本预案包括1个综合预案、4个专项预案和12个现场处置方案。着重强调了在加油加气站经营过程中安全事故中的应急职能,明确了应急组织机构及职责,分析加油站存在各类风险,制定了预警与响应程序及应急处置措施。

本预案由我站组织制定并讨论通过,邀请有关专家进行了评审,自201X年11月1日起实施。
