Some truly keen ones even attempt to seek more exotic challenges and excitements by engaging themselves in activities which require a dashing, adventuring spirit, say, rock climbing and bungee jumping. A case in point is a club concerning dangerous sports recently set up in my university, which attracts dozens of students fascinated by rock climbing. Apart from people who take part in this work-out craze, businesses have also become one of the big beneficiaries of this trend. Stores not only sell a variety of sports wears and gears but offer professional-training programs which draw gigantic crowds. (Even people who take no interest in sports have not failed to notice the advertisements for sports clubs or advanced equipments in date. A huge number of billboards concerning training programs are all over, displayed along the streets, outside buildings and shops. We have gotten quite used to them.)

Many make physical exercise apart of their daily lives. Most of us overlook the cons of physical exercise and concentrate on the pros. If a person over-trains their body, they can cause muscle damage and easily cause a painful strain. However, the consequences of lack of training are much more graver than the ones of over exercising. A lack of physical exercise can lead to many health issues, such as, high blood pressure, heart complications and just general unstable physical condition. Having stated that, those are the reasons that motivates a person to take part in physical exercise. For those who are physically fit, exercise and train to maintain their physical fitness or strengthen their bodies further. Another reason for physical exercise is one‘s psychological health satisfies their competitive nature. This keeps one‘s spirits high. One must also not forget that physical exercise is a great way to get loads of energy in a decent way. It is apparent that the pros of physical exercise outweighs the cons. However, the pros and cons are not the key issues at hand. Previously stated, ?many make physical exercise apart of their daily lives.‘ But we must not forget the pace at which life now runs. It is often hard to find time to satisfy our want to become more fit or maintain a healthy physique. The matter at hand is, how well can the average person plan their day or how much are they willing to give so that they will be able to benefit from the pros of physical exercise.

Many debate on whether to participate in outdoor or indoor activities for exercise. Truth is, regardless of the location, one will benefit greatly from daily exercise. However, it seems much more convenient to take part in outdoor activities, and the benefits are somewhat greater. One can certainly spend large sums of money to join a gym, or purchase their own exercise equipment but all the exercise you do inside, such as lifting weights, or running on a treadmill machine, you can do outside with more benefits. Outside, you can join team sports, which will combine all the exercise you do inside with the benefit of inter-human interaction, and fresh air. If you‘re not big on team sports, you can always go for a quick jog in the great outdoors, enjoying the scenery, listen to some music and take in some fresh air. Nothing can compare to the first cockcrow, the twittering of birds at dawn and the sight of rising sun glinting on the trees and pastures. Those are just some things you wouldn‘t receive indoors.
