根据丹教办〔2013〕107号文件精神，我校成立以校长潘学武为组长，副校长方向红、侯晓红、张新、陈彦瑞、周军、各处室负责人、年级主任为成员的争创“十星级文明学校”工作领导小组。
多年来，学校坚持“给孩子美好童年，给学生坚实起步”的办学理念，以“中国心 世界人 爱生活 会创造”为育人目标，创特色，办名校，育良才。学校教育教学质量综合评价连续8年居全市第一，2014年以来喜讯传来，先后荣获“湖北省卫生先进单位”、“十堰市文明单位”、“十堰市首批平安校园“、“十堰市巾帼文明岗”、“教育宣传先进单位”、“五城联创征求比赛优秀组织奖、“2013年教育目标管理综合考核一等奖”等多项荣誉。
自2014 年争创建“十星级文明学校”以来，投入了大量的人力、物力、财力，进一步改善立学校面貌。全校师生更是以高涨的热情，极强的责任心，全身心地投入到“十星级文明学校”的创建中，抓安全，重德育，促教学，不落下每一个学生，不放过每一个细节，集中精力提高精细化管理，进一步提高教育质量。学校对照考评细则，分门别类在常规管理中详细地落实。领导班子成员齐抓共管，事必亲躬，每位教师都恪尽职守、任劳任怨，创造了健康的育人环境，让每一位学生都在安全中成长，在教育中发展。现将自查情况汇报如下：

德育是学校教育的灵魂，是学生健康成长和学校工作的保障。因此，我们把德育工作放在首位，坚持“育人为本，德育为先”的理念，时刻树立教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的思想，确保学校德育工作的顺利实施。在工作中，我们坚持“以德育创新为动力，以行为养成教育为核心，以加强班主任队伍建设为重点，以强化班级管理为突破口，以丰富多彩的活动为抓手”，建立健全德育评价机制，安排具体，落实到位，健全了少先队组织，定期开展活动，坚持每周一同升一面旗活动，认真开展《小学生日常行为规范》教育，以及爱国主义教育和革命传统教育，组织学生清明节到金岗山烈士陵园扫墓，加强对学生的思想和行为教育。成立家长委员会，定期召开家长会，听取家长们的意见和建议，不断完善教师家访制度，深入学生家庭进行家访，了解每一位学生的真实情况。
2 、教学质量工作：
教学质量是学校的生命线，教学管理是教学质量的保证，教学工作是学校教育的中心任务。在工作中我们坚持以人为本，实现人本管理，深化课堂教学研究,积极推进新课程改革。抓好课改的学习，组织教师赴襄阳、十堰进行学习，组织教师有针对性地开展专题培训，大力推行“一管四学五法”课堂教学模式。认真落实教学常规，变教学常规为常规教学，优化教学常规管理，建立科学的常规督查制度，加强质量管理。对教学工作计划、上课、备课、作业批改，每月检查一次，并进行通报。

3 、文化体育工作
我校十分重视体、音、美工作，把它作为学校工作的一件大事来抓。认真开展阳光体育活动，坚持上好“两操”，抓好大课间，音乐教师创编校园舞，。每年举办春、秋体育运动会。积极开展课外体育活动课，每天下午第三节安排一个年级开展传统体育活动。每年五月定为我校的艺术教育月，五月里开展绘画、书法、声乐、器乐、舞蹈、表演比赛，获一等奖的文艺节目在庆六一儿童节上表演。认真落实《国家学生体质健康标准》，每年秋季组织检测，并按时准确上报测试数据，学校积极组织学生参加各级举办的各类艺术教育活动。
4、校务管理工作：
坚持集体领导，科学决策，过程监管，追求卓越的校务管理理念。建立灵活高效的校务工作运转机制，各部门的责任和权利明确，分工负责。遵循以人为本，依法治校的原则，加强制度建设，坚持以制度管人、管事。加强对学校教育、教学和后勤服务等工作的管理，为了有效开展法制教育,我校建立健全法制教育领导组织，认真学习、贯彻落实《 教育法》 、《 教师法》 、《 义务教育法》 、《 未成年人保护法》 、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等有关法律、法规和文件、通知精神，学校聘请了均州派出所长陈刚为法制副校长，定期召开法制报告会，有计划、有系统的对学生进行了法制教育，培养了法制观念，增强了法制意识，取得了较好的教育效果，维护了师生的合法权益，校园无暴力和违法违纪现。加强学校民主管理与监督，实行校务公开，对教师们关心的晋级、年级考核进行公平、公开评选，并进行
