The owner, supervision and construction unit’s working relationship

As we all know,it’s very complex to manage a project,and involve many different aspects.If you want to complete the project successfully, the owner, supervision and construction unit must in accordance with a project partnership, in a cooperative team spirit and \’ll discuss the relationship to the owner,supervision,and construction unit.

1.The owner is the entrusting party,supervision is the entrusted party.

The laws and regulations of our country, the owner entrusted supervision units to undertake supervision business, to sign the commission contract with the entrusted supervision unit. Actually they are a commercial act.

2.Supervision and construction unit have a relationship of supervision and being supervised.

In the engineering construction, according to the engineer construct,the supervision carries on the work strictly , that is a representative of the owners of supervision and management of construction units to strictly fulfill the contract.

3.The owners and the construction unit are the contracting relationship.

The owner build a project contract to one or more of the construction unit , the construction unit who constructed the project must finish the task according to the provisions of the contract, before they made their profits in a legal way. If someone has the default behavior that has the responsibility for damages,or be punished by the law.

Through the analysis of the supervision, the construction unit and owners, we realize the importance to correctly handle the relationship among the owners, supervision and construction unit, and know the respective rights and obligations clearly. Express the formation mechanism of mutual respect, mutual support, mutual understanding, mutual restriction, mutual supervision, in order to achieve the project prefect!
