摘 要

自1949年建国以后，直到加入WTO，中国逐步加强同世界各国的对外贸易关系，在取得了举世瞩目的对外贸易成就的同时，我国的对外贸易政策也随着对外贸易的发展不断进行调整，摸索出了一套行之有效、具有中国特色的对外贸易政策。各个时期，我国对外贸易政策是依据不同时期的不同国情而不断发展变化的。对我国对外贸易政策演变进行的研究，对于当今我国对外贸易政策制定、调整具有重要的启示作用。

本文主要由四个部分所构成：

第一部分，前言：主要论述了研究的背景及其意义；综述了研究现状；明确了研究目标和研究内容。第二部分，对外贸易政策的定义及其主要类别。主要是明确、理解对外贸易政策的含义、类型等，为进一步深入研究我国对外贸易政策的演变及启示打下坚实的理论基础。第三部分，我国对外贸易政策的演变。该部分是本文研究的重点，主要研究分析了我国各个时期对外贸易政策的演变进程,进一步找到我国对外贸易政策存在的历史问题。第四部分，我国对外贸易政策演变的历史启示。在对不同时期我国对外贸易政策进行研究分析的基础上，找到当今我国对外贸易政策的问题，并为总结出对我国对外贸易政策制定、调整的历史启示。

为了我国对外贸易和经济的可持续发展，我们在历史机遇期需要不断调整选择恰当的对外贸易政策，在挑战中，把握机遇，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract

After the founding of the people since 1949, until the accession to the WTO, China gradually strengthen foreign trade relations with countries around the world, in the foreign trade has made remarkable achievements at the same time, China's foreign trade policy adjustments also unceasingly along with the development of foreign trade, for a set of effective, with characteristic of China's foreign trade policy. Each time, our country foreign trade policy is based on different periods of different national conditions and development change. Research evolution of our country's foreign trade policy, for the current our country foreign trade policy, the adjustment has the important enlightenment function.

This paper consists of four parts:

The first part, preface: mainly discusses the research background and significance; Research status were reviewed; Has been clear about the research goal and research content. The second part, the definition of foreign trade policy and its main categories. Main is clear and understand the meaning of the foreign trade policy, type, etc., for further in-depth study of the evolution of China's foreign trade policy and the revelation to lay a solid theoretical basis. The third part, the evolution of China's foreign trade policy. This part is the focus in the study of this paper, mainly studied and analyzed the process of the evolution of China's foreign trade policies in different historical periods, and further find the historical problems of China's foreign trade policy. The fourth part, the evolution history of China's foreign trade policy. In our country foreign trade policy in the different period, on the basis of research and analysis, find the current problems of China's foreign trade policy, and summarizes the our country foreign trade policy, adjust the history of the enlightenment.

In order to the sustainable development of China's foreign trade and economy, we need adjust in the historical opportunity to choose proper foreign trade policy, in the challenge, grasp the opportunity and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
